WHY IS THE CHIEF JUSTICUS OF SCOTUS THREATENING ALL AMERICANS?

Justice Roberts is becoming unhinged..  Does Article 25 of the Constitution apply to  a Chief Justice as it does to the President?

My reply to Chief Justice Robert's threat to America:

Roberts is laying out a thick smokescreen to CYA , SCOTUS. He has totally missed the point, If he fears political influence on the court he is looking only outside the chamber. He and this nation would be better served, and save the credibility of the court by looking more the true motivations of SCOTUS. It is not Schumer or other individuals he fears may influence his nine members. It is the American people he fears. The political influence over the court has all come from within. He has dismissed and even refused to hear over 60 cases that would present evidence of possible fraud in the last election. Why does he fear hearing these cases? i

 

If. as he has stated, they have no standing or sufficient evidence to be viable. Ok, so hold the hearing, and then decide. If disposition is politically motivated by himself and others on the bench who fear WE THE PEOPLE.

 

Do they FEAR what may happen if the truth is presented before SCOTUS and is then heard by 350 million citizens. So, this threat he is spitting out to the American people is as hollow as the threats King George made to a strongly determined people who wanted Truth, Fairness, and JUSTICE in 1776. If he wants to restore credibility, and prove political influence does not sway SCOTUS, then he needs to grow a backbone and hear the arguments, and as our Republic Representative system is designed, "Let the Chips Fall where they May.'!!!

His presupposition of the case is what infuriates half the population; not the results of the election. Let all the facts be presented and that will satisfy this divided country no matter which way it is decided.
