I have been asking since obama: why congress is allowing Hunter to travel on AF2 all throughout the Obama years, and use US resources and Secret Service protection when he is not an official part of the Administration, or a member of the Cabinet, vetted and approved by congress. The House has been very lax in their allowing him to get VIP treatment. attend high-level meetings with foreign governments with whom the US is negating Secret Deals. B) As to Judge Chutkan's comment on the President's right to free speech, while presiding over an ongoing high profile, extraordinary  case it shows she should be removed from the case on Two grounds.  She does not understand that it is not a really a Criminal case the DOJ 2 tier system created it as one only by the OPINION of the use of a FAUX Grand Jury appointment.  Also, she clearly has demonstrated her lack of the law in her statement that he lost his right to free speech because he has been wrongfully and illegally indicated.  The DOJ and our current corrupt two- tier system is trying to convince the public that a person is guilty just because he had been indicted.  WRONG.  The LAW must continue to follow the Constitution.  Everyone is INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY; NOT GUILTY UNTIL POVEN INNOCENT as these activist Judges trained at Harvard, Princeton, Yale,  Stanford, U of Penn [She is a Jamaican who got her law degree there] plus other Left Liberal once great  schools are now wrongly teaching along with others.  They must also realize that the laws they are to follow apply to them too.  Judge Chautkan and all other judges assigned to these cases must stop trying to be legislators. They are litigators.  They must be reminded that as appointed or elected court officers who are to follow law as written and enacted by  legislators, they  are nothing more than the servants of the elected Legislative bodies who are voted in by the people.  That is how a republic works.  The Legislature by the will of the people who write the law.  These are the people who created LAW.; NOT THE JUDGES On a lower level are the judges who carry out the law.  That means they must follow to the letter the laws crafted by Congress or the appropriate local or state legislative body.  Any Judge  who attempts to create their own prejudicial version of the law should be Instantly Removed from the Bench.  In this case Trump's legal team should sue this judge.  There is no law on the books or legal language that would support her misstatement , "In a criminal case such as this one, the defendant's free speech is subject to the rules."  This is an opinion of a judge acting as an "Activist" who is trying to alter [rewrite the statute on the fly]  a Legislative Statutes.  This statement does not have an actual legislative statute. WEX LAW Cornell University says, "A presumption of innocence means that any defendant in a criminal trial is assumed to be innocent until they have been proven guilty. As such, a prosecutor is required to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the person committed the crime if that person is to be convicted. To do so, proof must be shown for every single element of a crime.  

It says nothing about removing the defendants right to Free Speech while on trial.  How could a person defend himself if he is not allowed to speak freely.  [BTW, that is ow they do it in Moscow, Iran and many third world countries; never in the USA] This judge can't just make up her own rules to be used against one litigant.  She should be removed from this case and the President should seek a new less  biased
