How is it that  the city and state can outright steal  a Private Corporation's assets and holdings, and try to prevent him from ever legally doing business there, even in the face of them losing  billions of dollars their  political system has earned from his taxes and employment opportunities that made NYC the place where his businesses have enriched that city and provided good paying jobs to hundreds of thousands workers from a businessman who has been a successful contributor to that city and state for over 50 years, there is no telling what they will do the the little guy in business that a fraud like latitsha James can do to anyone she selectively hates.  I urge anyone in business STAY FAR AWAY FROM SUCH A CORRUPT CITY AND STATE.  This approach is exactly what Hitler, Mussolini, MAO, Putin, XI. PotPol and other Communist Dictators have always used to abscond with the wealth of their nations.

 

I further urge POTUS Trump to calculate how much he was over taxed by the city and state based on their case that he overinflated his property holdings.   If they prevail in this case, they have then admitted that their valuation of his properties were incorrect for some 50 years, and they have overtaxed him due to wht they call an inflated valuation.. Thus, he should sue for the excess tax $$$ they charged him.  I am very sure that amount would fa rexceed one Billion $$$. 

 Their case is a two edge sword letitsha james and engoron have forged against themselves and NYC and the state.

 

HERE IS THE DANGEROUS PATH THESE TWO IDIOTS HAVE PUT NEW YORK STATE ON:   SHOULD THIS INJUSTICE PREVAIL WITHOUT THE STATE LEGISLATION SHOWING ANY OVERSIGHT ON THESE TWO ROGUES,  THE AG and the Judge, here is how it would work.

 

1) they would get $350 million [ who knows where that money would go, because the banks who loaned money do not want it, and were not a part of the frivolous suit against the president.]

 

2)Trump Corp WOULD COUNTER SUE  the state of NY and  NEW YORK CITY  for the EXCESSIVE PROPERTY TAX  They  were overcharged based on alleged  fake valuation they would have proved against themselves in their suit against Trump.  I estimate that to be somewhere in the [low ball] area of $750,000 annually for at least 10,years or more.

Summary:

Letisha James gets Engoron to judge the trump org guilty.  They get $ 350, Million.

The  Trump org counter sues for being overcharged property based on their proved overvaluation.  Trump get about $750 million.

Sounds fair because he is not adding in defamation, pain and suffering, and election interference.  @ One Billion USD$

 

Last point, is mayor Eric Adams ready to take a billion out of his corrupt government to pay POTUS Trump back all the money they overcharged him in property and other tax based on his AG'g win which undervalues all his holdings? NYC would be forced to pay back what they overcharged him all these years?  does the city even have that much money after hosting thousands of ILLEGAL CRIMINAL ALIEN INVADERS  THEY HOST IN THE SANCTUARY CITY LIKE ROYALTY??

Thanks to Speaker Johnson and other patriots in congress, We now know this was a SET UP; ENTRAPMENT. There is solid video evidence that inside the building prior to the guards opening the doors to let in the future biden political Hostage Victims, we see footage of over 100 police, FBI, CIA and other paid Gov. Stooges dressed in MAGA gear. Outside, Ray Epps and others who were there it rile up the victims. Were the agents who had previously infiltrated MAGA social groups online or in person, and encouraged them to listen to their plans to disrupt things on this day. Early on,when warned of this evil plan, most of the Trump supporters voiced their opposition to them for violent plans they laid out Jan 1-2-4-6 by the criminal Gov. "infil-'traitors'. The real true MAGA goal was a peaceful protest. Once the doors were opened the traitors disguised as MAGA met with the groups they had infiltrated and led them to predesignated positions ,offices,chambers to insure this looked like a well planned protest. It also insured the FBI and other agencies would have good video of the victims faces they intended to make political prisoners of them and in the ensuing weeks; now years. It was all planed by mostly Democrats to make an example of trump's base, discredit them , jail them without a hearing or trial and instill fear in them and like minded Americans as to what happens if you exercise your Constitutional Right to Free speech that Democrats disagree with.
