It is truly tragic that people who believe in American ideals and who practice their faith and allegiance to American ideals are criticized by the media. Half of America today was brought up on anti- family, anti- Christian morals. Shows like All in the Family's, Archie Bunker where much disrespect was shown for the father, and he was portrayed as a bigot. Morals were swept under the rug, and Meat Head openly mocked the government and the Vietnam war, and Archie. That show set the tone for liberals mocking the government and the family. Subsequent shows brought on more and more acceptance of disrespect for parents and authority while fostering acceptance of homosexuality and sex outside of marriage. Contrast all of these shows with the ones the mocked parents grew up with. Father Knows Best; Leave it to Beaver; Ozzie and Harriet. These shows fostered respect for parents; depicted strong family life. Fostered healthy teen dating where parents openly advised the children about meaningful relationships. Today we have a nation divided.
It is divided by moral principles. It is divided by race. All of this came about as the result of 8 years of open disrespect for America and American Judeo Christian principles. It will take a long time to heal. However, what's so frustrating in 2007 America had gone through a racial revolution that started in the 1960's. After nearly 50 years things were settling down. we saw more and more the two classes in America blending and accepting full integration.
That all ended in 2008. What we do not understand is that obama would have never been elected if it were not for the normalization and blending of the races that took 50 years to achieve. Instead, he came in with the attitude that America was still in the 1960's, and he was going to fix it as the first black president. If there was still a racial divide in America as he believed, he would never have been elected. in 2007 blacks were about 37.3 MIL; whites 197 MIL others[ hispania;asian] were 64 MIL.
Those numbers were about the same in 2016. This shows that obama was not elected by blacks who felt disenfranchised by the majority white population. He was elected by a blended population where a majority of whites had grown to accept or not feel threatened by electing a black man.
In 2016 with the population mix the same as 8 years earlier President Donald Trump won. So what changed? America had experienced 8 years of racial divide orchestrated by obama. the irony is that while obama spent 8 years telling blacks that they were being taken advantage of by whites and that the white man was their enemy. They believed him, yet at the same time they asked themselves why things were not better for them after America had elected a black man? The simple answer is that obama's message was self defeating.
At the same time white America did not turn against obama because he was black. They turned on him because they listened to 8 years of his apology campaign. For 8 years he trashed America to the world, and he did everything in his power to destroy all America had achieved . That included Financial, Military, and Global power. In addition, he belittled the foundation of America: our religious beliefs.
One of his first speeches to Congress was "America is no longer a Christian nation" . With that he "Woke the Sleeping Giant". In mid 2015, a businessman and reality TV show host spoke to the "Awakened Giant" . President Trump's appeal was to all the people. Americans black, white, hispanic, asian started to see the destruction obama had done to America. They saw that hillary was to be the continuation of that destruction. They saw an America on it's knees and held captive by muslims. They saw the death and horrors of barbaric , brutal cowardly executions by muslims on TV every day.
They saw that their president; the president of "Hope" and "Change" provided no hope, and was Negatively Changing America into a nation of weakness and cowardice; Something we have never in 240 years been associated with.
President Trump helped the American people see that obama aided by hillary owned all this shame that was put on our nation. This is why today we are once again proud as Americans to have President Trump lead our nation back from the dark day of the obama/ hillary era.
