The Russian are old Stepp barbarian horsemen who have an inherent belief that they are superior to all of their neighbors. All disputes are settled with the sword or gun, and never by peaceful negotiations. They will never be peaceful until they are chained and collard, However, the arrogance shown during the Putin years will be curtailed like a wild mustang as they face the impending peace through strength era coming on the horizon. They will be held in check financially as they lose their global strength and their economy becomes so weak that those who favor moderation and cooperation move into power to replace repressive dictators and arrogant selfish oligarchs who will be exposed as the weak links that brought their economic potential to it's knees by stealing and squandering the wealth of the people on lavish and extravagant life styles that led to furthering their lavish avarice and greed at the expense of the overall benefit to the lost potential of mother Russia's resources which severely diminished the future of the average Russians' health and wealth. On the cultural side, we will see that over the years Putin and his Oligarchs have created a vassal state of 21 Federated States made to bow down to the support of only two: Petersburg and Moscow. the remaining states were mostly acquired for their natural resources which have been exploited to better only these two states in the "Union". All of Russia has become more and more aware of this during Putin's ironfisted reign, and his personal war against little Ukraine. .
